What it is

SUPERKUMO is a 4-hour screener for Bybit USDT spot pairs. Every four hours it rebuilds the universe of liquid pairs, downloads closed daily, 4-hour and 1-hour candles, computes a fixed set of indicators and checks each coin against three rule sets. The result is a table of verdicts, an event log of what changed since the previous scan, and a page per coin with the numbers behind every check.

It is deliberately mechanical. There is no discretion in the verdicts, no sentiment feed, no derivatives data and no trading. The rules come from a private research project that backtested them on Bybit spot history from the 2024 ETF approval onward; the figures quoted below are from those backtests and are not a promise of anything.

Indicators
Ichimoku
9 / 26 / 52, cloud shifted 26 bars, on the daily chart
Supertrend
ATR 10 × 3 on daily, 4h and 1h
ADX
14 periods, daily
Highs
HH20 (20 daily bars), HH48 (48 one-hour bars)
Turnover
yesterday, 7-day and 30-day averages, projected today
Candles
closed bars only; the forming candle is never used
Schedule

4h closes at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 UTC. The scan starts five minutes after the close and screens about fifteen coins every two minutes, so the table lands roughly fifteen minutes after the close. Events are written at that moment. Coin pages are computed live when opened.

The scan runs on Cloudflare's free tier, which is why it is chunked rather than instant.

Pullback-in-trend (1D)

Idea: buy the dip in an established daily uptrend.

  • ·daily close above the Ichimoku cloud
  • ·daily Supertrend up
  • ·ADX ≥ 20 or rising
  • ·price 15–30 % below the 20-day high
  • ·4h Supertrend up with price above it
  • ·30-day average turnover ≥ 10M USDT

What to do with a SIGNAL: a candidate to buy near the current price, with the stop under the recent low (the 1h low of the last 12 bars × 0.997 shown on the coin page) and an exit when the 4h Supertrend flips down. WATCH means one check is missing: wait for it rather than front-running it.

Backtest: profit factor 1.6–1.8, about one trade per 11 days.

Early gainers (24h)

Idea: catch a fresh mover on its first pause, not into the spike.

  • ·up ≥ 15 % today (from the UTC open, closed 1h bars)
  • ·projected turnover ≥ 2× the 7-day average
  • ·fresh: the prior six days moved less than +10 %
  • ·now 2–8 % below the 48-hour high
  • ·4h Supertrend up

What to do with a SIGNAL: a momentum entry at the pause with a tight stop under the pause low; these are fast trades measured in hours to a few days. Early in the UTC day the check falls back to yesterday's move until two hourly bars have closed.

Backtest: profit factor 1.4–1.5, and it only worked in alt-season conditions.

Impulse swing (1h)

Idea: the manual swing checklist: a live impulse with every timeframe aligned, bought on a pullback.

  • ·daily Supertrend up
  • ·7-day move ≥ +15 %
  • ·4h and 1h Supertrend up
  • ·4–15 % below the 48-hour high
  • ·turnover not fading: today's projection ≥ 0.9× the 7-day average
  • ·30-day average turnover ≥ 1M USDT

What to do with a SIGNAL: this framework only counts for the table when it is complete, and even then it needs your own judgement on the coin: the checklist filters, it does not pick. Stop and exit as for Pullback.

Backtest: mechanical version: profit factor 1.2, 15 % win rate, −38 % drawdown. The edge is in the pick, not the checklist.

Reading the table

SIGNAL WATCH NO SIGNAL: every check of that framework passes. WATCH: exactly one check is missing; the Missing column names it. NO: two or more are missing. The row's headline verdict is the best of Pullback and Gainers at any level, and Swing only when it is a full SIGNAL. Hover any dotted label for the rule behind the column.

Limitations. Spot only, Bybit only, USDT pairs only. No derivatives data (open interest, funding), no order book, no news. The public version ignores the Bitcoin weekly regime gate that the research used, and the backtests found Bitcoin-downtrend periods net losing for every framework. Data comes from one exchange's public API and can be late or wrong; the scan skips coins with fewer than 80 days of history.

Disclaimer. This site was made for friends. Nothing here is financial advice. It only shows coins picked by the rules of one strategy. If you trade on it and lose money, that is your own decision and your own responsibility.

Support the site

The screener is free and has no ads. If you do not have a Bybit account yet and want to trade what you see here, sign up through my referral link: Bybit pays me a share of your trading fees, you pay nothing extra, and it keeps the scans running. The "Chart on TradingView" links on coin pages are affiliate links too, paying a share if you take a paid plan. That is all this site earns. It does not change what the table shows.

FAQ
What is SUPERKUMO?
A free screener that scans every liquid Bybit USDT spot pair every four hours and reports which coins currently satisfy one of three rule sets: pullback-in-trend, early gainers and impulse swing. It shows signals; it does not trade, hold keys or give advice.
What does SIGNAL, WATCH and NO mean?
Each framework is a list of checks. SIGNAL means every check passes. WATCH means exactly one check is missing, and the table shows which one. NO means two or more are missing. A coin's row shows its best verdict across the frameworks that count for the table.
How often does the table update?
After every 4-hour candle close (00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 UTC) a scan starts five minutes later and lands about fifteen minutes after the close. Coin pages are computed live from Bybit when you open them, on closed candles only.
Which coins are screened?
All Bybit USDT spot pairs in Trading status with at least 1 million USDT of turnover in the last 24 hours, minus stablecoins, gold tokens and leveraged tokens. The list is rebuilt at every scan, so new listings appear once they are liquid enough.
What data goes into a verdict?
Closed daily, 4-hour and 1-hour candles from Bybit's public market API. The indicators are Ichimoku 9/26/52 with the cloud shifted 26 bars, Supertrend with ATR 10 and multiplier 3 on all three timeframes, ADX 14, the 20-day high, the 48-hour high and daily turnover.
Is this financial advice?
No. This page was made for friends. It only shows coins picked by the rules of one strategy. If you trade on it and lose money, that is your own decision and your own responsibility.
Why is a coin SIGNAL here but not on another site?
Because the rules are specific and mechanical. A coin can be in a strong trend and still fail the pullback depth or the turnover check. The coin page lists every check with the number behind it so you can see exactly which rule decided.
Where does the BTC regime go?
This public version deliberately ignores the BTC weekly regime gate that the original research used, so Pullback and Swing can read SIGNAL while Bitcoin is below its weekly cloud. The backtests found such periods net losing, so treat every signal in a Bitcoin downtrend with extra care.
How does the site make money?
Through referral links only: Bybit pays a share of your trading fees if you open an account through its link, and TradingView pays a share if you take a paid plan through the chart links on coin pages, both at no extra cost to you. There are no ads, no paid listings and no paid tier. The referrals have no influence on what the screener shows.
Can I get the data as JSON or Markdown?
Yes. /api/latest returns the current snapshot, /api/events the event log, and /api/symbol/STRK a full report for one coin. Every page also answers requests with an Accept: text/markdown header with a Markdown version, and /llms.txt lists everything for agents. There is no key and no guarantee; it is the same data the pages render.
Glossary
Supertrend
A trailing line built from the average true range (here ATR 10 × 3). Price above the line means the trend is up and the line trails below as support; a close through it flips the direction. Used on the daily, 4-hour and 1-hour frames.
Ichimoku cloud
The band between Senkou Span A and Span B of the Ichimoku system (9/26/52), drawn 26 bars ahead. Price above the cloud is an uptrend; the cloud's edges act as support. Here it is used on the daily chart for the pullback framework and for the SuperKumo prints.
ADX
Average Directional Index over 14 days, a measure of trend strength regardless of direction. Pullback-in-trend wants ADX at or above 20, or rising.
HH20 / HH48
The highest high of the last 20 daily candles (HH20) or the last 48 one-hour candles (HH48). Depth is how far the current price sits below that high; a negative depth means a new high.
Turnover
Quote volume in USDT. The screener uses yesterday's daily turnover, its ratio to the 7-day average, the 30-day average as a liquidity floor and the current day's projected turnover for the intraday checks.
Best verdict
The row's headline verdict: the best of Pullback and Gainers at any level, and Swing only when it is a full SIGNAL, because the manual swing checklist produces too much WATCH noise to rank the table by.
SuperKumo prints
EARLY BUY, BUY, BUY MORE and ADD events from the SuperKumo daily rule set (Ichimoku + Supertrend + ADX) replayed over history. They are context on the coin page and chart, not part of the three framework verdicts.
